TERMS & CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to withdraw or withhold any item listed on our site without explanation.

All items are described as near as possible to their actual appearance and every care is taken to be as accurate as possible. Existing repairs or damage will be listed in our description where possible.

We will make every effort to answer any questions you may have regarding items on offer but replies may take a few days.

Returns will only be accepted by mutual agreement with Netrocks and the buyer with the purchasers responsible for return freight costs. (see Packaging & Shipping)

All prices are in Australian Dollars and do not include postage or freight costs. Insurance is also not included but is offered as an option. In fact it is highly recommended.

PAYMENT  METHODS

DIRECT  DEPOSIT IS OUR PREFFERED PAYMENT METHOD: Once contacted after your order has been confirmed we will supply our bank details, instructions and a request to please notify us when you have made your payment. Upon confirming clearance of the payment by the bank, we will despatch your goods immediately.

We accept payment by Paypal, direct deposit, cheque or money order.

PAYPAL:  Simply pay from your Paypal account to ours.

This will provide you with a record of the transaction and ensure fast processing of your order.

ABSOLUTELY NO WESTERN UNION, MONEYGRAM or similar payment methods will be accepted.
