Delivery will only be made once payment has been cleared.

We have access to several courier services but recommend Australia Post for most items.

We also offer a pick up option from our location in South Australia should that option suit your needs. This option is highly recommended in the case of valuable or delicate specimens.

Please provide CLEAR and precise address information when contacting us.

Overseas delivery may take time via Sea mail in fact up to several weeks at peak times.. Airmail is preferred but of course cost are higher. ALL ITEMS SENT OVERSEAS MUST BE INSURED OR NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.  

Please advise us when you items have arrived, its nice to know they have arrived safely.
