This one is as rare as it gets . This very showy Atacamite Nodule is a classic from the Moonta Mines.

Possibly from the Piggery Mine otherwise known as the New Cornwall Mine.

The limonite case is filled with beautiful Atacamite Crystals.

These specimens are extremely hard to obtain and becoming rare finds indeed.

it measures 6.5cm x 5cm and weighs 100 grams.

A must have for anyone collecting Australian Classic localities.

And it looks MUCH nicer than my picture.!!
